2025 Tax Information
2025 Summer Tax Statements will be mailed in the first week of July. Summer tax payments are due on or before September 15, 2025. Beginning September 16th, 1% interest will be added to the tax due and continues at an additional 1% each month until the tax has been paid. The 2025 Winter Tax Statements will be mailed in the first week of December. Winter tax payments are due on or before February 17, 2026. On February 18th, a 3% penalty will be added to the tax due. Any payments not received by March 1, 2026, will be turned over to the Kalkaska County Treasurer as delinquent and must be paid at their office. The Treasurer will be available to take payments at the Township Office located on Pine Street in South Boardman on September 15th from 9am until 5 pm. Office hours will also be held every Wednesday from August 13, 2025 to September 10, 2025 from 3pm to 6pm.
